DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
When placing an order a 20% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable. The final payment is due no later than the day before collection / delivery. Wedding deposits are charged at £50 and the final remaining balance is payable no later then 28 days before the wedding day.
FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
The kitchen is NOT an allergy-free kitchen. I cannot guarantee that my products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. I do recognise the seriousness of food allergies and recommend that you contact me before you place an order to inform of any food allergies that you or your party may have. Rosie Mack Bakes will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to our products.

Collections are available by appointment:
Monday - Friday: Evenings
Saturday: 9-10am and after 5pm
Sunday / Bank Holidays : On Request
**School holidays Mon-Fri: 9-10am and after 4pm**
Deliveries: by special request.
ALL WEDDING CAKES WILL BE DELIVERED.
TOPPERS AND ORDER SPECIFIC ITEMS
When an item is needed to be ordered in specifically for your order, for example a set of toys / a topper / items specific to your order which can not be used for another immediate purpose I do not order them in until your deposit is paid. If you wish to purchase the items yourself and provide them to me to work.
TRAVELLING WITH THE CAKE
Any cake or bake should be placed either in the boot or the foot well of the car on a non-slip mat. Rosie Mack Bakes will not take any responsibility for damage to cakes once collected and transported by customers.
STORAGE
All cakes / cupcakes should be placed on a flat surface and stored at room temperature in the box provided unless otherwise instructed. If cakes are not to be used straight away, they should be stored (in the box) in a fridge and lifted out 1/2 hour-1hour before serving. They should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Recommended best before: cupcakes should be consumed within 2 days, biscuits/treats and cakes 3 days and rich fruit cakes 7 days.
FRESH FLOWERS
When ordering a cake with fresh flowers, you accept fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. Rosie Mack Bakes takes no responsibility for flowers being food-safe.
COLOURS AND DESIGN
I can only create your finished order from what I interpret from the wording of your order; therefore it is vital you check everything is correct. It may not be possible to create exact specifications when designing however I will work with you to ensure you are happy with the design.
OUR PRODUCTS
Products made by Rosie Mack Bakes are made by hand and accordingly there will be minor variations in appearance. All photos, illustrations and descriptions displayed on my page are for guidance purposes only.
PHOTOGRAPHY
All cakes and products are photographed and I reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
CAKE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the customer: If the order is cancelled, your deposit / payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Rosie Mack Bakes: I shall not be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside my reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever. In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, Rosie Mack Bakes will give as much notice as possible if I am unable to fulfil your order. I will endeavour to find someone else who can produce your order and will refund you any monies already paid.
